Quick Sugar Syrup

  White sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Orange blossom water/Rose water 1 Tablespoon

1. Dilute the sugar and water.
2. Add lemon juice.
3. Add Orange blossom water or rose water, let boil over then lower the heat until the syrup thickens a bit.

4. Basic rule of thumb, pour hot syrup on cold sweets and pour cold syrup on hot sweets.
