Healthy Fresh Orange Syrup
|Grated orange rind||1 Tablespoon (From 1 Fruit)|
|Fresh orange juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Orange||1 , cut into sections|
1) Remove the seeds and membrane off the orange sections.
2) In a saucepan, combine together orange juice, orange rind, sugar and salt.
3) Heat the mixture and let it boil for 4 to 5 minutes or until thickened.
4) Add the orange sections.
5) Serve hot or cold, with desired dessert
