Maple Syrup Icing

Ingredients
  Maple syrup 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cream of tartar 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Granulated sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Egg white 1
Directions

MAKING
1) In a double boiler, over water, place the maple syrup, cream of tartar and sugar.
2) Add the unbeaten egg white.
3) Beat the mixture till it is smooth and thick.
4) Take the mixture off the heat.

SERVING
5) Use to spread on cake.
