|Fresh lemon juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1) In a saucepan, combine sugar and water and bring to a boil.
2) Simmer for 5 minutes and let cool.
3) Pour in lemon juice and strain the syrup.
4) Place in a covered container and store in the refrigerator.
5) Add 2 tablespoons syrup to 1 glass of ice water and serve.
