KC Pomering from G-Free Foodie shows you how to make Cinnamon Infused Simple Syrup.
Ingredients
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cinnamon sticks 4
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a small sauce pot add in the water and cinnamon and bring to boil. Simmer for 10 minutes.
2. Add in the sugar and stir until sugar is dissolved.

SERVING
3. Drizzle Cinnamon syrup over the cookies and serve.
