Spiced Apple Syrup

Ingredients
  Apples 2
  Apple cider 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Brown sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Peel, core and thinly slice apples.
In saucepan, combine apple cider, brown sugar, butter or margarine and cinnamon.
Heat to boiling.
Add apples; simmer about 10 minutes, or until apples arc tender.
This makes a wonderful breakfast with link sausage or crisp bacon.
