  Carrots 225 Gram
  Onions 225 Gram
  Parsley sprigs 1
  Thyme sprig 1
  Salt 1 Teaspoon (Leveled)
  Peppercorns 10
  Vinegar 300 Milliliter
  Water 1 Liter
Directions

1. Prepare vegetables. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Simmer for 3 hours. Strain before using.
