Maple Syrup Cream

Ingredients
  Double cream 8 Fluid Ounce (250 ml)
  Vanilla custard 4 Fluid Ounce (prepared , 125 ml)
  Natural yogurt 8 Ounce (250 g)
  Maple syrup 3 Tablespoon
  Dark rum 2 Tablespoon
  Slivered almonds 3 Tablespoon, toasted
Directions

Beat cream until soft peaks form.
Fold custard, yogurt, maple syrup and rum into cream.
Spoon into individual serving dishes, decorate with almonds, cover and refrigerate.
