  Egg whites 2
  Maple syrup 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
Set aside.
In a saucepan, boil maple syrup until it reaches the soft-ball stage.
Beat egg whites again, gradually adding hot syrup.
Beat until stiff and glossy peaks form.
