A medium consistency syrup which perfectly goes with any fruit.
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Water||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
In a sauce pan combine sugar and water.
Place on fire.
Stir till sugar dissolves.
Bring to a boil.
Let it boil for two minutes more on low fire.
Add a teaspoon milk or few grains citric acid to clarify syrup.
Remove from heat and strain.
