Maple Cinnamon Syrup
|Firmly packed brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Skim milk||2 Tablespoon|
|Reduced calorie margarine||1 Tablespoon|
|Maple flavoring||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Combine sugar, cornstarch, and cinnamon in a small saucepan, stirring well.
Gradually stir in milk.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer until slightly thickened, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat; add margarine and maple flavoring, stirring until margarine melts.
