Ham Steaks Glazed With Maple Syrup
|Maple syrup||1 Tablespoon|
|Melted butter||1 Tablespoon|
|Fully cooked ham steak||4 (3/4 Inch Thick)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon (Juice Of 1/2 Lemon)|
|Freshly ground pepper||To Taste|
? Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
? Mix maple syrup with butter and lemon juice. Place ham steaks on ovenproof platter and brush mixture on both sides. Season with pepper.
? Change oven setting to broil. Set platter on top oven rack and broil 4 minutes on each side.
