Honey Syrup

Ingredients
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon stick 3 Inch
  Whole cloves 6
  Honey 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Heat all ingredients except honey in medium saucepan to boiling, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
Boil 5 minutes or to 220° on candy thermometer.
Remove from heat; discard cinnamon stick and cloves.
Stir in honey.
Cool.
