Perfect syrup for Indian sweets or can be used for making ice tea.
|Sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
In a sauce pan combine sugar and water.
Place on fire.
Stir till sugar dissolves.
Bring to a boil.
Let it boil for two minutes more on low fire.
Add a teaspoon milk or few grains citric acid to clarify syrup.
Remove from heat and strain.
