Crush cleaned berries.
Add 1 1/2 cups water and lemon rind.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Drain through several layers of damp cheesecloth or jelly bag to extract juice.
Mix sugar and water.
Boil to 260°F (adjust for altitude).
Add berry juice and corn syrup to sugar syrup.
Boil 4 minutes.
Add lemon juice.
Pour hot into hot jars, leaving 1/4 inch head space.
Process 10 minutes in boiling water bath.
