|Unsweetened orange juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Orange rind||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Combine sugar and orange juice in a large saucepan.
Bring to a boil over medium heat; cook 20 minutes or until reduced to 1 cup, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat; stir in orange rind.
