Ingredients
  Semi-sweet chocolate morsels 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Dutch process cocoa 2 Tablespoon
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Vanilla extract 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine first 4 ingredients in a small saucepan, and stir well.
Cook over medium heat until smooth.
Remove from heat, and stir in vanilla.
Let cool.
