Blueberries In Syrup
|Brown sugar||4 Tablespoon|
|Grated lemon rind||1 Tablespoon|
|Grated orange rind||1 Tablespoon|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Blueberries||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Ice cream||2 Cup (32 tbs) (4 Large Scoops)|
Place sugar, vanilla, fruit rinds and water in saucepan; mix well and bring to boil.
Cook 2 to 3 minutes over low heat until syrup thickens.
Stir in blueberries, remove saucepan from heat and let fruit cool in syrup.
