This is a simple homemade flavored syrup recipe. Made with honey and lemon juice for taste, the honey lemon syrup can be used to drizzle over desserts of choice.
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Honey||2 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
Combine sugar, water, and lemon juice.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 7 minutes.
Stir in honey
