Mulled Apricot Nectar

Ingredients
  Canned apricot nectar 46 Ounce (1 can)
  Lemon 1⁄2 , sliced
  Cinnamon sticks 2 1⁄2 Inch
  Whole cloves 15
  Allspice berries 8
Directions

MAKING
1) In a heavy saucepan, add in apricot nectar, lemon, cinnamon sticks, whole cloves and all spice berries.
2) Let the mixture reach its boiling point.
3) Turn down the flame and let the mixture simmer for about 5 minutes.
4) Take the pan off the flame. Cover the pan and let it stand for 30 minutes.
5) Strain the mixture.
6) Add in honey or sugar if you want to sweeten the mixture.
7) Just before serving, heat the mixture.

SERVING
8) Serve the Hot Mulled Apricot Nectar alongwith chocolate fudge on the side.
