Sauteed Sweetbreads

These Sauteed Sweetbreads make a yummy snack for me! Why don't you try your hand at making the Sauteed Sweetbreads? You'll simply love them! Let me know your opinion !
Ingredients
  Pepper To Taste
  Sweetbreads 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Parsley 2 Teaspoon, chopped
Directions

Prepare and slice sweetbreads as for Creamed Sweetbreads.
Melt butter in a frying pan and when sizzling, place sliced sweetbreads in pan and fry until browned on all sides.
Place on a warm serving dish and season lightly with salt and pepper.
To frying pan add the lemon juice and chopped parsley.
Mix to blend in juices, taste and adjust flavor and pour over sweetbreads.
Serve hot.
