Luscious Fruity Sundae
|Gelatin||3 Ounce (1 Package Of Four Serving Size Jell-O Brand, Any Flavor)|
|Boiling water||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Cold water ice cubes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Ice cubes||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Ice cream||1 Pint (About 2 Cups, Any Flavor)|
|Fruit sundae sauce/Drained fruit||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Non dairy whipped topping||1 Cup (16 tbs), thawed (Use Cool Whip)|
|Chopped nuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Maraschino cherries||4 (Use Stemmed Ones)|
Cumpletely dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Combine cold water and ice cubes to make 1 1/4 cups.
Add to gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened.
Remove any unmelted ice.
Alternately spoon ice cream and gelatin into tall sundae glasses, ending with gelatin and filling to within 1/2 inch of the top of the glasb.
Top with sauce, whipped topping, nuts and a cherry.
