|Toasted wheat germ||1 Teaspoon|
|Bran||1 Teaspoon (Miller's)|
|Ground cinnamon||1 Dash|
|Halved and seeded red grapes/Halved and seeded green grapes||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Plain yogurt/Fruit yogurt such as strawberry / raspberry / cherry||3 Tablespoon|
|Chopped pecans||1 Tablespoon|
|Whole strawberry||1 , halved|
|Red grapes||1⁄4 Bunch (25 gm) (1 Small Bunch)|
Peel and cut banana in half lengthwise; brush with lemon juice.
Place in banana split dish or small, shallow dessert dish.
In a bowl combine ricotta, wheat germ, miller's bran, and cinnamon; stir in the halved grapes.
Using an ice cream scoop, form mixture into one scoop.
Place ricotta mixture in the center of the banana strips.
Drizzle desired yogurt over all; top with pecans.
If desired, garnish with a halved strawberry and grapes.
