Ricotta Sundae

Ingredients
  Banana 1 Small
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Ricotta cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Toasted wheat germ 1 Teaspoon
  Bran 1 Teaspoon (Miller's)
  Ground cinnamon 1 Dash
  Halved and seeded red grapes/Halved and seeded green grapes 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Plain yogurt/Fruit yogurt such as strawberry / raspberry / cherry 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped pecans 1 Tablespoon
  Whole strawberry 1 , halved
  Red grapes 1⁄4 Bunch (25 gm) (1 Small Bunch)
Directions

Peel and cut banana in half lengthwise; brush with lemon juice.
Place in banana split dish or small, shallow dessert dish.
In a bowl combine ricotta, wheat germ, miller's bran, and cinnamon; stir in the halved grapes.
Using an ice cream scoop, form mixture into one scoop.
Place ricotta mixture in the center of the banana strips.
Drizzle desired yogurt over all; top with pecans.
If desired, garnish with a halved strawberry and grapes.
