6 Ounce (1 Cup)
1 Cup (16 tbs)
Low fat vanilla ice cream
2 Cup (32 tbs)
Fat free butterscotch flavored sundae syrup
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl; stir well.
Cover and chill 30 minutes.
Spoon ice cream into stemmed glasses; top with fruit mixture and syrup.
Sprinkle with pistachios.
Serve with sugar cookies, if desired.
