Crunchy Butterscotch Sundaes
|Crisp rice cereal/Wheat cereal||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Sugar Coated)|
|Flaked coconut||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vanilla ice cream||1 Quart|
|Butterscotch sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Mix cereal and coconut.
Form ice cream in 10 balls; coat with cereal mixture, pressing it on.
Place in freezer till serving time.
(To keep coating crisp, store only 1 to 4 hours.) Serve with Butterscotch Sauce.
