Crunchy Butterscotch Sundaes

Ingredients
  Crisp rice cereal/Wheat cereal 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Sugar Coated)
  Flaked coconut 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vanilla ice cream 1 Quart
  Butterscotch sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Mix cereal and coconut.
Form ice cream in 10 balls; coat with cereal mixture, pressing it on.
Place in freezer till serving time.
(To keep coating crisp, store only 1 to 4 hours.) Serve with Butterscotch Sauce.
