Nutritionist Rose follows with a segment about the importance of buying locally grown and produced foods.
Vanilla ice cream
4 Ounce (3 scoops)
1 Cup (16 tbs) (6-7 pieces)
1. In a bowl, put three scoops of ice cream.
2. Place raspberries on top of it.
3. Shake the whipped bottle first. Top the ice cream with whipped cream.
4. Sprinkle Aztec chocolate on top of the cream, and serve immediately.
