Apricot Glazed Pineapple Sundaes

Ingredients
  Apricot preserves 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1 Dash
  Pineapple slices 4 (1 Inch Thick)
  Vanilla low fat frozen yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

1. Place preserves in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at HIGH 10 seconds or until preserves melt.
2. Combine sugar and cinnamon; stir well. Place pineapple slices on a broiler pan. Brush pineapple with preserves, and sprinkle with cinnamonsugar. Broil 5 minutes or until bubbly. Serve pineapple warm with frozen yogurt.
