Perfect Peanut Butter Sundae

In this video, Betty demonstrates how to make a Peanut Butter Sundae. Sweet and saucy peanut butter is drizzled over a few scoops of vanilla ice cream for a great summertime treat.
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Peanut butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Confectioners sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Icing Sugar)
  Vanilla ice cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)

In a small pot, stir together ¼ cup sugar and ¼ cup water. Place over medium heat and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. The sugar should be dissolved by the time the mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in ½ cup peanut butter and 1/3 cup confectioner's sugar. Serve immediately over scoops of ice cream while warm. This is my favorite ice cream topping, and it can be used for topping many sweet treats like brownies, cake, apple crisp, banana pudding, etc. Enjoy!!! --Betty
