Mint Sundaes

Ingredients
  Chocolate covered mint patties 8 (one inch)
  Water 1 Tablespoon
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Melt mints in top of double boiler over boiling water.
Add water and stir until smooth.
Cool slightly and then stir into cream.
Beat until stiff and serve over ice cream.
