Caramel Sundaes

Ingredients
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Packed)
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Light cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Bananas 4 , sliced
  Ice cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Toasted coconut 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Melt butter in saucepan; add brown sugar and cinnamon.
Stir over low heat until sugar is melted.
Remove from heat; stir in cream.
Return to low heat; drop in bananas.
