Butterscotch Apple Sundaes
|Unpared tart cooking apples||3 Medium, sliced|
|Packed brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vanilla ice cream scoop||6 (About 1/2 Cup Each)|
1. Mix all ingredients except ice cream in 2-quart casserole.
2. Cover tightly and microwave on high 8 to 10 minutes, stirring after 4 minutes, until apples are almost tender when pierced with fork. Serve warm over ice cream.
