Hot Papaya Sundaes
|Margarine||1 Tablespoon, melted|
|Lemon peel||1⁄2 Teaspoon, grated|
|Rum/Water||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Lime juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Papayas||2 Small (Firm And Ripe)|
|Vanilla low fat frozen yogurt||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
In a 9- by 13-inch casserole, stir together margarine, lime peel, rum, lime juice, and honey.
Cut unpeeled papayas in half lengthwise; scoop out and discard seeds, then place papaya halves, cut sides down, in honey mixture.
Bake in a 375° oven until papayas are heated through and sauce is beginning to bubble (about 15 minutes)
