Gingered Peach Sundaes
|Fresh peaches||3 Medium, peeled and sliced|
|Chopped almonds||2 Tablespoon|
|Brown sugar||1 Tablespoon|
|Minced crystallized ginger||1 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Reduced calorie margarine||1 Tablespoon, melted|
|Vanilla ice milk||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
Combine first 6 ingredients in a large nonstick skillet.
Cook over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes or until peaches are tender, stirring frequently.
Scoop 1/2 cup ice milk into each of 6 dessert dishes.
Top each with 1/4 cup peach mixture.
