Temptation Turtle Sundae

Ingredients
Hot chocolate sauce
  Unsweetened chocolate square/6 to 8 tablespoon cocoa 4
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Evaporated milk 16 Ounce (1 Large Can)
  Light corn syrup 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
  Light brown sugar 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Evaporated milk 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
Directions

Hot Chocolate Sauce: Melt chocolate, butter and salt together in a double boiler.
Add sugar, 1/2 cup at a time while stirring often after each addition.
Add the evaporated milk a little at a time & continue stirring until well mixed.
Butterscotch Sauce: Combine all ingredients except the milk.
Boil to consistency of heavy syrup.
Cool.
Add milk.
Keep refrigerated.
Heat in jar in a pan of hot water.
