Temptation Turtle Sundae
|Hot chocolate sauce|
|Unsweetened chocolate square/6 to 8 tablespoon cocoa||4|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sugar||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Evaporated milk||16 Ounce (1 Large Can)|
|Light corn syrup||1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)|
|Light brown sugar||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Evaporated milk||1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)|
Hot Chocolate Sauce: Melt chocolate, butter and salt together in a double boiler.
Add sugar, 1/2 cup at a time while stirring often after each addition.
Add the evaporated milk a little at a time & continue stirring until well mixed.
Butterscotch Sauce: Combine all ingredients except the milk.
Boil to consistency of heavy syrup.
Heat in jar in a pan of hot water.
