Hot Fudge Sundaes
|Unsweetened cocoa powder||3 Tablespoon|
|Low calorie maple flavored syrup||3 Tablespoon|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Frozen low fat vanilla yogurt||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
In a small saucepan, stir together the cocoa powder, maple syrup and cornstarch.
Then stir in the water.
Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly.
Reduce the heat to medium.
Cook and stir about 1 minute or until the mixture slightly thickens.
Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla.
