Peanut Butter Sundae Sauce
|Packed light brown sugar||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Half and half||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Peanut butter||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Chunky/Creamy)|
1. In heavy 1-quart saucepan over medium heat, heat brown sugar, half-and-half, and honey to boiling, stirring occasionally.
2. Remove saucepan from heat. Stir in peanut butter until blended and smooth. Serve sauce warm over ice cream, pancakes, or waffles. Or refrigerate sauce; reheat in heavy 1-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly.
