|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Unsweetened chocolate square||1 Ounce (1 Square)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Half and half||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Corn syrup||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Mint ice cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
In a saucepan, melt butter and chocolate over low heat.
Add sugar, cream and corn syrup; bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Boil for 1 minute.
Remove from the heat and stir in vanilla.
