Pineapple Sundae

This Pineapple Sundae makes my dessert so special ! A bonus of sweetened pineapple , orange juice and brandy over delicious ice cream is a dream come true for me ! Just try this Pineapple Sundae and let me know if you like it !
  Diced fresh pineapple 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Kirsch/Cherry brandy 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Orange juice 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Vanilla ice cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

Combine diced fresh pineapple, kirsch or brandy, orange juice, and sugar.
Cover and marinate in freezer 20 minutes.
To serve, spoon fruit mixture over ice cream.
Top with whipped cream, if desired.
