|Mashed ripe banana||3 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Orange marmalade||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Pineapple apricot preserves||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vanilla ice cream||1 Tablespoon|
|Flaked coconut||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Toasted)|
Combine banana and lemon juice; add marmalade and preserves.
Cook 5 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat; stir in rum flavoring.
Makes about 1 1/3 cups.
Spoon warm sauce over ice cream.
Top with the toasted coconut.
