Cocoa Sugar

Cocoa sugar refers to a popularly used form of sugar which is made by mixing together sugar and cocoa powder. Cocoa sugar is mostly used to make cakes and other desserts, but it may also be added to hot chocolate and served to kids. Cocoa sugar is also used as a topping ingredient for baked dishes like pastires, muffins, brownies and pies. Often, Cocoa sugar is used as a condiment over ice-creams. Cocoa sugar is characterised by its chocolaty aroma and brown color.
