Grandma's Soft Sugar Cookies
|Flour||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Baking soda||1 Teaspoon|
|Granulated sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Packed light brown sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Butter||1 Cup (16 tbs), softened (2 Sticks)|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
Mix the flour, baking powder and baking soda in a large bowl.
Add the sugars, eggs, butter, sour cream and vanilla and mix well.
Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto a greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
Cool on a wire rack.
