Brown Sugar Frosting
|Light brown sugar||1 Pound (1 Package)|
|Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1 Stick)|
|Canned evaporated milk||5 Ounce (1 Can)|
Combine the brown sugar, margarine and evaporated milk in a heavy saucepan.
Cook over medium heat to 234 to 240 degrees on a candy thermometer, soft ball stage.
Let cool before frosting the cake.
