Whole Wheat Sugar Cookies

Whole Wheat Sugar Cookies is a delicious snack recipe that you will simply love to serve to your loved ones. I am sure, once you try this, you will always crave for some more.
Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Whole wheat flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Margarine 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Vegetable cooking spray 2 Teaspoon (as required)
Directions

Combine first 3 ingredients; set aside.
Cream margarine in a medium bowl; gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy.
Add egg, beating well.
Stir in vanilla.
Add flour mixture, stirring until blended.
Cover and chill dough thoroughly.
Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface, and roll to 1/4-inch thickness; cut with a 2-inch cookie cutter.
Place on cookie sheets lightly coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 375°F for 8 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from cookie sheets, and cool completely on wire racks.
