Ingredients
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Water 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1)In a large pan, add sugar and water and bring to boil.
2)Decrease heat and simmer. Remove any scum on surface.
3)Boil until you get single thread consistency.

SERVING
4)Use the syrup to make sweets and in cocktails and juices.

TIPS
When a drop of syrup on being pressed between your thumb and a finger lifts up in one string, it is known as one-string syrup and is usually adequate for most sweets. If you go on cooking u can make 2,3 and 4 string syrup.
