Brown Sugar Fudge
|Light brown sugar||7 Cup (112 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
Combine sugars and milk in saucepan; cook over me- dium heat to soft-ball stage, stirring occasionally.
Re- move from heat; add bgtter and vanilla.
Cool in pan of cold water; beat until thick.
Add nuts; pour into greased 9-inch square pan.
Refrigerate until set.
