Brown Sugar Meringue

Ingredients
  Egg whites 1
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs), firmly packed
Directions

MAKING
1) In a small bowl, beat egg whites until foamy-white and double in volume.
2) While still beating add in lemon juice.
3) Add in sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, beating continuously until meringue stands in peaks.

SERVING
4) Use as required.
