|Blackcurrants||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Powdered sugar||2 Teaspoon|
1. Cut grapefruit in half and make a hole at the centre.
2. Fill the hole with Blackcurrants.
3. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
In place of blackcurrants, any seasonal small fruit like Raspberries, Gooseberries or Cherries can be used.
