Brown Sugar Sauce

Ingredients
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Flour 4 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Boiling water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Brandy/Rum / 1 tablespoon vanilla 3 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan, mix together flour, sugar and water.
2) Heat the flour mixture stirring continuously until smooth.
3) Stir in butter and brandy or rum.

SERVING
4) Serve hot, over Christmas pudding if desired.
