Sugar 'n Spice Topping

Ingredients
  Quaker oat bran hot cereal 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Uncooked)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Heat oven to 350°F.
Place oat bran in ungreased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Bake 15 to 17 minutes or until light golden brown, stirring occasionally.
Cool; add sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Store tightly covered at room temperature.
To serve, sprinkle generously on fruit, fruit salads, low fat yogurt, ice milk or pudding or, use as a topping for muffins by sprinkling on batter just before baking.
