Brown Sugar Ten-Minute Frosting

Ingredients
  Brown sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Egg whites 2
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine brown sugar, egg whites and salt with 6 tablespoons water; place over boiling water.
Beat for 5 minutes; remove from heat.
Beat for 3 minutes.
Add vanilla; place over cold water.
Beat for 2 min- utes longer.
Frost top and side of cake.
